- Who do I call to make
an appointment?
You can call directly to our appointment desk at
(613) 829-2121.
No, an appointment is not necessary for
any repair that is safety related or any concern that renders the vehicle not
driveable. However, we would appreciate a call that you are coming.
We recommend waiting for your vehicle
only when the repairs are minor and take less than an hour to perform.
However, we will accommodate you as best we can.
Yes, we do have a shuttle service that
runs to and from home between 7:45 am and 6:00 pm.
Yes, we will shuttle you within
25 kilometres of the dealership.
No, your appointment is a specific time
to meet with an advisor to discuss your concerns and needs. We try to space our
appointments out in 15 minute intervals. This gives the advisor enough time to
record your concerns and check your history for any outstanding recalls and to review your
maintenance history.
Yes. You can drop your vehicle
off after hours. Outside the Service door and the Showroom door, you will find a
black box with "Early Bird/Night Owl Service" on it. Pull down the cover
and you will find envelopes inside. Take one and fill out all the appropriate
lines. Make sure you sign the envelope and put a phone number where you can
be reached during the day. Deposit your keys in the envelope and seal
it.
Monday through Thursday, from
7:30 am
to 9:00pm, Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
You can pick up your vehicle as late as
midnight Monday through Thursday, Friday until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday until 4:00 p.m.
No, this is not recommended. We
schedule our customers at 15 minute intervals to allow for enough time to address all your
concerns properly. Coming earlier or later only causes delays and confusion.
If you must come in at 7:30 to accommodate your schedule, ask if there is a day open
with that time slot available.

Yes, our waiting area is equipped with
a partitioned area for children with toys and television for their amusement.
