| As a valued customer at Lincoln Heights Ford, our goal is to service
your vehicle as quickly and efficiently as possible. While your vehicle
is being serviced, we have two alternate methods of transportation to
meet hour requirements.
Super Shuttle: We have two shuttle buses that leave our
service reception area at 7:45am, 8:15am and at various times during the
day, at your request until 6:00pm (weekdays only). Please feel free to
use this service to drop you off at work or take you home. A simple
phone call to our Service desk will ensure prompt pick up at your
convenience (until 6:00pm) and return you to Lincoln Heights Ford.
Service Loaner:
Our Service team works very hard to ensure
that your vehicle is serviced as quickly and efficiently as possible. In
the event that there is a delay in service due to parts availability or time
constraints Service Loaners are available for a nominal
fee. Should you require a Service Loaner while your vehicle is in for
service, please ask your Service Advisor for details.
